Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Transaction Processing Associate to join their team! In this position, you will be a key member of the Remittance Processing department, working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
This role involves processing accounts receivable transactions for over 200 commercial clients, with responsibilities ranging from sorting and scanning items to balancing and finalizing transactions. Additionally, you’ll handle mailed transactions from the central post office box and support the review of mobile check deposits. Responsibilities:
- Process remittance transactions accurately and efficiently for a high volume of clients.
- Sort, scan, key, balance, and finalize transactions based on client-defined categories.
- Handle mailed transactions received at the central post office box.
- Assist other departments with tasks such as reviewing and approving mobile check deposits.
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency in a volume-driven, deadline-oriented environment.
- Ability to perform 10-key data entry at a minimum of 10,000 keystrokes per hour, with flexibility to increase speed as needed.
- 1-3 years of stable work experience.
- Proficiency with MS Outlook, MS Excel, and adaptability to learn job-specific software.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- Neat, legible handwriting and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Ability to work independently, lift up to 25 pounds, and move frequently as required.
- 10-key data entry speed of 15,000 keystrokes per hour or more.
- 1-3 years of banking experience or a college degree.
- Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance processes.
