Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of BI strategies that align with organizational goals and drive modernization efforts.
- Oversee data architecture, analytics, and reporting to enhance decision-making across multiple business units.
- Manage and mentor a senior-level BI team member while collaborating with international teams.
- Spearhead enterprise-wide analytical projects and troubleshoot complex business challenges using data-driven solutions.
- Develop and implement relational and multi-dimensional data models while optimizing data warehousing processes.
- Utilize BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SAP BusinessObjects to create insightful dashboards and reports.
- Establish and define enterprise information system architectures and best practices for BI implementation.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and drive innovation in BI tools, automation, and AI integration.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including managing diverse teams, developers, and IT projects.
- Leadership experience in BI, data strategy, or data science, with a proven track record of strategic growth and modernization.
- Hands-on experience with relational and multi-dimensional data modeling, KPI development, and enterprise-wide analytics.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Modern Workplace tools, including Power BI, Power Automate, Data Factory, and OneLake.
- Experience in .NET application development, Visual Studio, development lifecycles, and compliance best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Background in data analysis, data mining, and data warehousing project execution.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for advanced data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience working on a global scale, collaborating with international teams.
- Ability to create a long-term vision for BI and lead organizational transformation efforts.
