Position Overview
A growing, well-established law firm in Phoenix, Arizona, with a dynamic and collaborative environment, is seeking a talented Bankruptcy Attorney to join its team. You will work closely with Work with a prominent and well-respected bankruptcy equity partner (a Super Lawyer Top 50 Arizona).
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary, determined based on experience and qualifications
- Minimum annual billable hours requirement: 1,850 – bonus tied to hours / collections
- Bonus eligibility linked to both hours billed and collections
- Associate level base salary, $110,000 - $130,000 base salary (0-5 years): estimated $15,000 bonus, with potential for higher payouts
- Member level base salary, $130,000 - $150,000 base salary (5-7 years): estimated bonus potential of $60,000 to $90,000
- Senior level base salary $150,000 (8 years): Bonus aligned with base salary (estimate double for on target earnings / total compensation)

Position Requirements
- 2 to 7 years of experience handling bankruptcy matters, with at least some expertise in Chapter 11 cases
- Admission to the Arizona State Bar
- Experience in debtor representation, with knowledge of creditor representation and commercial litigation or finance preferred
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive legal representation in bankruptcy, restructuring, and creditors' rights matters
- Draft, review, and analyze complex legal documents
- Conduct thorough legal research and offer strategic legal advice to clients
- Attend hearings, depositions, and trials, ensuring effective advocacy
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to deliver exceptional service
Salary : $15,000 - $150,000
