Knowledge of Mapping Peoplefluent(NetDimensions) data to Cornerstone and be able to perform the data transformation. Experience in Troubleshooting problems on various layers of the LMS application. Knowledge of Data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from Peoplefluent(NetDimensions) to Cornerstone, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Expert in Testing and validation of the migrated data and system functionalities to ensure seamless operation. Fully remote position.

Project Scope
- Project Management:
- Lead the end-to-end migration project, including planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely and successful completion.
- Activities encompass comprehensive planning, data management, vendor coordination, testing, communication, and ensuring a smooth transition, ultimately leading to a successful implementation
- Create a comprehensive plan that includes timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
- Data Migration:
- Extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from NetDimensions to Cornerstone, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
- Actual data migration process, ensuring data integrity and minimizing downtime.
- Perform thorough data backups before the migration and validate the integrity of the data to be migrated.
- Mapping of fields between Netdimensions and Cornerstone
- Data transformation based on Cornerstone requitements for successful and complete upload
- Testing and Validation:
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of the migrated data and system functionalities to ensure seamless operation.
- Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to support personnel on the netdimensions LMS platform.
- Documentation:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of the migration process, including project plans, data mappings, and user guides.
- Issue Resolution:
- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the migration process
- Experience in PeopleFluent-specific technology architecture experience. Should be able to map Peoplefluent data to cornerstone and be able to perform the data transformation by having an understanding of the usage of the data in both systems
