ABOUT US
Incerta Strategy Partners is a strategic consulting firm that provides data-driven decision support and management consulting services. We leverage advanced analytics, decision science methodologies, and innovative technologies, including AI-driven tools, to help federal clients achieve mission-critical objectives and transformative outcomes.
WHO YOU ARE
You are a natural problem-solver who thrives on building and improving systems, not just because it’s your job but because it’s how you think. You enjoy tackling complex business challenges, designing innovative solutions, and leveraging cutting-edge technology—including Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI—without necessarily being a technologist at heart.
You likely have an engineering or technical background but are deeply interested in business strategy, decision science, and consulting. You don’t just analyze problems—you build solutions. You see technology as a tool to solve business problems and can bridge the gap between technical capabilities and strategic business needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client Strategy & Consulting: Engage with clients to understand their most pressing business challenges, design strategic solutions, and oversee implementation.
- Project & Team Leadership: Lead consulting engagements from scoping to execution, ensuring high-impact deliverables while mentoring junior consultants.
- AI & Technology-Enabled Problem-Solving: Develop and apply AI-powered tools (including GPTs and LLMs) to solve complex business problems in innovative ways.
- Quantitative & Computational Analysis: Use data-driven methodologies to inform strategic recommendations, applying statistics, machine learning, and optimization techniques where necessary.
- Business Development & Growth: Contribute to the firm’s growth by identifying new opportunities, developing proposals, and strengthening client relationships.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Technical & Analytical Proficiency
- Strong programming skills in Python (including experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and SciKit-Learn).
- Familiarity with modern AI/ML models, particularly GPTs and LLMs, and their practical applications.
- Experience working with data analysis, visualization, and automation to drive business insights.
Strategic & Business Acumen:
- Background in engineering, applied mathematics, or a technical field with a strong interest in business strategy and consulting.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Experience in management consulting, business analytics, or strategy roles preferred.
Leadership & Problem-Solving Mindset:
- Strong problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to structure ambiguous challenges into solvable problems.
- A hands-on, builder mentality—you enjoy designing and implementing solutions, not just analyzing them.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage both executive stakeholders and technical teams.
*Ability to obtain a security clearance
