Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Amenities Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and management of all amenities within our facilities. At this time that includes bocce, fitness center, horseshoes and pickleball/tennis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering top-notch services, a keen eye for detail, and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
· Amenities Planning and Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for amenities that aligns with the company's overall goals and enhances the customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in amenities.
· Facility Oversight:
- Manage and oversee all amenities within the company's facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained, clean, and meet quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
· Vendor Management:
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of amenities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure favorable terms.
· Budget Management:
- Develop and manage budgets for amenities, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and report on budget performance.
· Customer Service:
- Focus on providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback related to amenities.
- Implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
· Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure that all amenities comply with relevant health, safety, and regulatory standards.
