We operate several distinct divisions under one umbrella, including propertymanagement for rentals, landscaping and outdoor services, construction, andhandyman work. Each division functions independently with its own systems,processes, and CRM tools. We're looking for a sharp and dependable AppointmentSetter who can adapt quickly and manage leads across all of our business entitiesespecially during nights and weekends when our regular team is offline.
Position Overview:
As the Appointment Setter, youll be the first point of contact for incoming leads acrossmultiple divisions. Youll be responsible for responding to inquiries, settingappointments, and ensuring information is properly logged and handed off to theappropriate teams. This role requires someone whos organized, tech-savvy, andcapable of navigating multiple CRMs and scheduling platforms with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and respond to all incoming leads (phone, text, email, online forms)during evening and weekend hours.
Schedule property tours, landscaping consultations, handymanappointments, and construction project estimates.
Work within multiple systems and CRMslearning each divisions tools andworkflows.
Log all communication and appointment details accurately and in a timelymanner.
Follow up with missed inquiries or unresponsive leads to maximizeconversion.
Coordinate with each divisions team to ensure proper handoff of scheduledappointments.
Deliver professional, friendly, and clear communication to all potentialclients.
Schedule:
Required availability during nights and weekends (exact hours to bediscussed).
Additional weekday hours may be available based on business needs.
Requirements:
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Comfortable navigating and learning multiple software systems and CRMs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-driven, dependable, and able to work independently with minimalsupervision.
Access to a reliable internet connection and quiet workspace (for remotework).
Compensation:
Hourly pay based on experience, with potential bonuses or commission based on leadconversions and performance.
