Job Summary:
Regents’ Glen Country Club is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Morning Front of House Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service and a premier dining experience for our members and guests. This individual will lead the front-of-house team during the morning shift, maintaining high standards of hospitality, efficiency, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide outstanding guest experiences.
- Monitor member and guest satisfaction, addressing any issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with reservations, special requests, and event coordination.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to optimize service flow.
- Handle point-of-sale operations, cash handling, and end-of-shift reporting.
- Uphold and enforce country club policies and service standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience as a Front of House Manager, or similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and hospitality expertise.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Knowledge of restaurant POS systems and basic financial reporting.
- Availability to work mornings, with weekends, and holidays as needed.
