What are the responsibilities and job description for the Area Manager/Recruiter position at Incite Rehab?
Achieves operational targets
Communicate with DO and VP on a regular basis. Relays communications to staff when requested. Maintains
regular communication with Directors of Rehab. Visits each facility monthly and completes FVR.
Notifies DO and VP of all compliance issues, incidents, accidents, workmans compensation, grievances, ADRs and
denials immediately.
Projects a positive, professional image and provides a role model for therapy staff.
Supports Quality Assurance and completes all regular and assigned tasks.
Establishes rapport with Facility leadership and Client Consultants and maintains a professional relationships
Provides new therapist orientation and follow up.
Comply with all company initiatives and deadlines for completion/implementation.
Work closely with District Managers on staffing needs, finding and hiring quality candidates.
Remain active with job boards, social networks and platforms to find quality candidates.
Therapy License
Good Communication Skills
Knowledge of Job boards, computer skills
Ability to travel if required
Excellent interpersonal skills and passion for setting
