About the Role:
This role is focused on managing and supporting new and existing customer relationships using a lead-generated database and direct marketing strategies. You'll represent top clean energy providers, helping customers make informed decisions about switching to renewable energy sources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to stay up to date on clean energy products, incentives, and policy changes to effectively communicate with potential customers.
- Engage with individuals in a warm, approachable, and informative manner to promote clean energy options.
- Deliver personalized solutions based on customer needs during face-to-face interactions.
- Educate customers on the environmental and economic benefits of renewable energy programs.
- Handle customer data with care, maintaining full compliance with privacy standards.
- Provide valuable customer insights and suggestions to improve campaign outreach and overall satisfaction.
- Represent both Incline Marketing and our clean energy partners with professionalism and purpose.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, sales, or a public-facing role (marketing experience is a plus).
- Passion for clean energy, sustainability, or mission-driven work.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and collaborate with a team.
- Comfortable with new technology and able to adapt quickly.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
