What You'll Do:
As an associate on the Risk & Strategy team, you will be an integral part of a small, cross-functional team, collaborating with underwriting, actuarial, and finance experts. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of high-impact initiatives that are critical to the strategic direction and success of our business.
- Collaborate with Senior Leaders: Work directly with the Chief Risk and Strategy Officer (CRSO) and Underwriting Officers to refine and evaluate new program theses for potential inclusion in Incline’s portfolio.
- Lead Strategic Performance Monitoring: Help develop and monitor key metrics to assess overall portfolio performance, including reinsurance strategies and concentration risks.
- Research & Due Diligence: Conduct market research and due diligence on potential investments or strategic initiatives, providing actionable insights that support business growth.
- Develop Financial Models & Valuations: Build operating and financial models and conduct valuation analyses for new programs and strategic investments.
- Prepare Executive Presentations: Create and present materials to the CRSO and other senior stakeholders, supporting strategic decision-making.
- Shape Business Strategy: Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives that drive the overall growth and success of the organization.
