As a Personal Attendant with InClusion Services, you will provide daily direct supervision of children and/or adults with developmental disabilities on a 1-on-1 care in their own homes, helping them keep their independence and improving their quality of life.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid CA Driver's License
• Clean Driving Record
• Vehicle Insurance
• CA Vehicle Registration

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, kneel, run, stoop, and other physical movements
• Driving to various work sites

Job Duties:

Duties of a personal attendant include but not limited to the following:

• Must be willing to deal and work with individuals with intense and challenging behaviors
• Supervising
• Scheduling of Medical Appointments
• Assisting with Meal Preparation
• Money Management
• Shopping for groceries or other personal Items
• Feeding
• Dressing a child or person who needs assistance due to advanced age, physical disability, or mental deficiency.
• Monitors services and individuals' progress in relation to establishing goals and objectives per individuals plans.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general regulations.
• Able to speak English and any language based on individual needs.
• Ability to use independent judgment during services and emergencies.
• Maintain a clean, safe and healthy environment
