Inclusive ABA is an ABA provider that provide In-Home ABA therapy to children who are diagnosed with ASD. We have an amazing staff with a fantastic back office that creates an amazing work atmosphere.

We have a great staff, with over 20 years of experience. We offer the ability for BCBA's to create their own schedules, so feel free to inquire about that.....
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Work with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those on the autism spectrum, to provide behavior analysis services
- Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to promote positive behavior change and skill development
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as medical providers and educators, to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
BCBA Requirements:
- Must hold a current BCBA license with BACB and remain in good standing
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be willing to work on a team with support from the clinical directors
- Must be professional, self-motivated and energetic
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have current basic first aid and CPR
Skills:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Strong data collection and analysis skills
- Knowledge of special education practices and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
