IECP has part time and full time Supervisor positions available in our programs throughout Lake County, CA. We have offices in Ukiah and Lakeport, and are currently looking for qualified staff willing to travel in and around Clearlake, Lower Lake, Upper Lake, Lakeport, Kelseyville and other surrounding cities,
The salary rate listed is for full-time, unlicensed or licensed staff, with opportunity for hourly overtime bonuses. Staff with a relevant license are paid at a higher rate. Part-time staff are paid a commensurate hourly rate.
Hybrid/remote work is a possibility with this position.
Responsibilities include supervising direct staff working in family's homes, writing assessments, behavioral support plans, and quarterly reports, collecting and analyzing data, monitoring client progress and evaluating program effectiveness. Initial and ongoing training is provided. Ideal staff have obtained a Master's degree in a related field and have at least 1 year of experience practicing ABA strategies and behavior intervention. We are willing to train persons with less applicable experience who are the right fit.
Job requirements include:
Master's degree in related field required, the addition of a Teaching Credential or BCBA preferred
Extensive knowledge and experience in Positive Behavioral Support, ABA, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and instructional methodologies preferred. People with education or psychology background are encouraged to apply. Requirements of this position include

Pay: $80,000.00 - $103,000.00 per year
