What are the responsibilities and job description for the Certified Home Health Aide position at Inclusive Home Care?
The Home health assistant (CHHA) provides personal care and related services in the home. She/He functions under the direction, instruction and supervision of the staff Registered Nurse and the Director of Nursing and/or appropriate supervisor.
Responsibilities:
It is mandatory that the CHHA follow the client Plan of Care that is initiated and revised as need by the RM. Daily documentation must be maintained with the CHHA’s signature, title and dated.
. To assist with ADLS, and IADL’s as stated on the Plan of Care without exception
.To follow the Plan of Care for each client and document the same
.Assist the client to maintain good personal hygiene
.Assist in maintaining a safe environment
.plans and prepare nutritious meals
.Taking and chatting vital signs as per the plan of Care
* Responsibilities are not all inclusive. Will expand on duties upon interview and orien/training.
.Must have clear communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN
Pay: $18.92 - $21.13 per hour
