What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing deep technical support to SERDES IP customers during silicon bring-up and production phases.
- Collaborating with analog and digital teams to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Driving meetings with customers to provide clear explanations of debug directions and solutions.
- Utilizing test and debug instrumentation to perform precision measurements and analyze data.
- Assisting in the development and execution of test plans and procedures.
- Documenting technical findings and providing detailed reports to stakeholders.

What You’ll Need:
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
- Experience with test and debug instrumentation.
- Proficiency in SERDES applications.
- Familiarity with PCIe and USB protocols and corresponding link training phases.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
