Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Additional responsibilities include:
- Assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution. Researching, gathering, and synthesizing information.
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools is required.
- Advanced proficiency in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is recommended.
- Business Process Design, Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of work experience
- Minimum of an Associate’s degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- Business Analyst experience
- Data Analysis and Jira experience
- Good communication skills
