RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and cultivate strong relationships with senior leadership, subject matter experts and additional stakeholders both inside and outside our global organization.
- Lead development and execution of multi-disciplinary, multi-stakeholder communications strategies for critical initiatives and programs across the organization
- Partner with key leaders to develop content that will inspire, influence, engage and drive action in alignment with the company’s Ambition and business objectives. Examples include but are not limited to quarterly corporate-wide meetings and team townhalls, leader communications, news, employee stories, corporate events, M&A and other strategic initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally with other team members to align on communication goals, channel strategy and messaging.
- Partner with in-house visual communications resources or outside agencies to develop complementary digital assets for internal and external use.
- Develop and manage content for communications channels, including but not limited to SharePoint, social media, corporate newsletter, intranet, email, Annual Report, and more.
- Measure reach/effectiveness of communications; Establish benchmarks and leverage results to inform strategic communications plans.
- Performs other duties as directed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- BS/BA degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field, plus minimum 7 years of related experience.
- Creative, strategic thinker and storyteller with exceptional writing and editing skills (AP Style) who can effectively communicate what we need stakeholders to know, feel, and do.
- Must have experience translating complex ideas into simple, authentic and compelling communications.
- Strong capabilities in building and cultivating relationships with senior leaders.
- Can effectively influence, change perceptions and drive adoption by serving as the voice of Communications in cross-functional workstreams or other collaborative environments.
- Proven experience designing effective communication for organizations undergoing transformation and significant organizational change.
- Excellent presentation skills and executive presence.
- Experience managing and using a wide array of communications tools and channels.
- Consistently demonstrates accountability, is proactive, motivated, agile and a self-starter.
- Proven ability to lead and engage across functions and geographies.
- Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects, delivering high quality and unmatched customer service.
- Familiarity with communications technology including (or similar to) SharePoint, Microsoft suite, Airtable, Poppulo is preferred.
- Experience in a B2B professional services environment is preferred.
- Experience working in a global communications role for a complex matrix organization across regions is highly preferred.
- May be required to work outside normal business hours on occasion.
Salary: $100,000 to $130,000
