Inclusively is partnering with a major airline company to hire a HR Project Manager. **Please note: this role is NOT an internal position with Inclusively but with the partner company.**

Primary Functions:
- Ensure that HR projects are accomplished on time, on budget and with a high level of quality. Ensure that the employee experience meets high expectations.
- Establish successful governance program, short and long term vision & plan, for HR project portfolio management.
- Foster a process improvement mindset and develop repeatability within the work that we do.
- Guide senior leaders in board facilitations to support Human Resource Executive Leadership in strategy building, execution and tracking.
- Influence the development, continual update and execution management for the Human Resources Strategic Roadmap, vision and additional strategic initiatives through coordination and facilitation of cross-function senior leaders.
- Establish, maintain and guide a governance program within Human Resources to execute strategy set by Executive Leadership Team, report on portfolio of projects across Human Resources, and manage decisions based on progress.
- Lead and develop a team of specialists who will be responsible for the development of project plans, briefing papers, progress updates and ensure appropriate and effective communications with key executive stakeholders.
- Support project teams, business leaders, and technology support in developing appropriate business cases and materials to communicate with executive leadership team.
- Develop board/committee meeting cadence, schedules, agendas, and background materials for board deliberations.
- Team with all stakeholders and identified key staff to pursue organizational strategies, improvements, and initiatives outlined from Executive Leaders.
- Develop a board and committee calendar of annual activities to fulfill governance responsibilities.
- Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint with experience presenting to stakeholders and / or senior leadership.
- A high level of discretion and responsibility when it comes to handling sensitive information.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
- Minimum 7-10 years relevant work experience.
- Significant experience establishing and managing governance boards, decision centers of excellence, and/or executive leadership teams.
- Fluency in project management methods including Agile.
- Green and Black Belt certifications are welcome.
- 5-6 years experience facilitating executive level discussions, developing senior level presentations and delivering strategic initiatives.
- 2-3 years managing team members driving with KPIs and/or performance metrics.
- High level of organization and ability to manage multiple activities.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving and decision-making.
- Exceptionally skilled at building relationships and providing excellent customer service to departmental staff, boards, executive leaders, outside agencies, vendors and other cross-department Stakeholders.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in order to effectively interact with a wide variety of people.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Manage time well and perform multiple tasks, works well under pressure and exercise tact in trying situations.
- If internal, must be performing satisfactorily in current position.
- Familiarity with company's culture, standards, policies and executive leaders.
- Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
- Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in HR, business or related field preferred.
- Experience with Airline applications and infrastructure technology is preferred.
- PMP and/or Black Belt certifications are welcome
