What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting with IT functions such as hardware/software inventory management and system rollouts for end users and groups.
- Providing daily technical support for local and remote employees, including troubleshooting desktop systems, operating systems (OS), software, and hardware.
- Installing, configuring, and resolving issues with laptop OS and software.
- Ensuring compliance with Information Security policies and best practices.
- Supporting mobile computing environments (iOS and Android) and collaboration tools.
- Maintaining and troubleshooting conference room equipment to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborating with other teams across the IT organization to support their projects and initiatives.
- Assisting with computer room and data center operations as needed.
What You’ll Need:
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Basic scripting skills (Batch, PowerShell, and/or Shell scripting preferred).
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems; experience with macOS is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and SharePoint highly desirable.
- Working knowledge of mobile wireless technologies and operating systems (iOS and Android).
- Strong understanding of PC hardware and troubleshooting techniques.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with internal customers.
Salary: $30.00-$41.00 per hour
