YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with the marketing, and video production teams to develop and implement innovative and visually compelling content strategies that align with the brand's voice, values, and objectives.
- Lead the creative direction and execution of social media content across various platforms, including TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Snapchat and emerging channels.
- Work closely with copy writers to create high-quality visual assets, including graphics, videos, animations, and photography, tailored to each social media platform.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging.
- Partner with influencers and creators to develop authentic and impactful content that resonates with their audiences and aligns with our brand.
- Oversee the design and development of visually stunning, user-friendly, and high-performing websites that enhance the brand's online presence and user experience.
- Ensure website designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance across different devices and browsers.
- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, encouraging open communication and idea-sharing among team members.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to continuously improve and optimize social media content strategies.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in art direction, with a strong focus on social media and digital content creation.
- Proven track record of creating visually stunning and engaging social media content that drives audience engagement and growth.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, and basic video editing skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Extensive experience in responsive web design, UX/UI principles, and web performance optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Experience working with influencers and creators is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of social media content and creative projects.
Salary:$85,000 - $100,000
