- OSG – Operations and Services Group
- CBPT – Core Brokerage Platform & Technology
- FFIO – Fund and Investment Operations
- FFIOT – Fund and Investment Operations Technology
The analyses and insights delivered are critical to drive business planning and ongoing decision support. The role will focus on FP&A, providing support for FBOT:
- Monthly financial & headcount reporting
- Quarterly business reviews (business and finance)
- Annual reviews (e.g., vendor spend analysis)
- Planning process including multi-year plan (MYP), budget, and forecasts
- Coordination and reporting for contracts, purchase orders, SOWs
- Annual enterprise outbound print PAR process support & submission
- Delivering on corporate asks for FBOT by communicating & partnering with the BUs
- FBOT Admin line support
- Financial modeling
- Ad hoc requests & strategic projects for FBOT
The Expertise and Skills you Bring
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- 4 years of professional experience in Finance with a successful track record
- Proficiency in financial modeling, presentation, and data visualization tools (MS excel, MS PowerPoint, PowerBI)
- Knowledge of enterprise-wide tools a plus (Anaplan, MDC, WFDL)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to 'tell the story' and communicate effectively with Finance and Business Partners at varying levels of the organization
- Intellectual curiosity combined with analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage & consolidate details from our broad range of businesses within FBOT to deliver both FBOT level & BU level insights
- Ability to take initiative and seek creative solutions that challenge conventional approaches
- Ability to respond to shifting priorities & ad hoc requests while maintaining progress of regularly scheduled deliverables
