Inclusively is partnering with a safety science company to hire a Specialist - TA Operations. **Please note: this role is NOT an internal position with Inclusively but with the partner company.**

Responsibilities Include
- Review and process customer transactions and account inquiries including but not limited to escalations
- Comply with all policies and procedures related to all aspects of TA Operations
- Ensure quality standards are enforced, met and compliant with regulatory mandates
- Ensure all key daily duties are performed timely and accurately
- Collaborate with aligning business partners to develop and create written procedures
- Ensure all procedures are updated to mitigate process risks
- Demonstrate a collaborative mindset aligned with process improvement, efficiencies and risk mitigation
- Participate in architectural system design with product, technical and operations teams to ensure proper system build satisfying TA needs as we scale our business
- Support business initiatives and special projects
- Cross train as needed
- Other duties as assigned by management

Position Requirements
- College Degree required and/or 3-5 years experience in Financial Service Operations
- Knowledge of transfer agent operational processes and SEC regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft office Word, Excel and other basic knowledge of other products within suite
- Effective written, verbal and listening skills
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
