The Opportunity

Incode is seeking a Sales Intelligence Lead to drive strategic client relationships, influence product and sales strategy, and ensure successful solution delivery for our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for building out our go-to-market strategy for key industries and customers, influencing product strategy, and showcasing cross-functional leadership. As a key member of the Strategy & M&A team, you will collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure we are making educated decisions to achieve our goals.

What You’ll Own

Client Strategy & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain deep expertise in regional market dynamics and client-specific needs
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop and execute account strategies
  • Lead strategic client meetings and develop personalized solution proposals
  • Analyze competitive positioning and create tailored value propositions

Product Strategy & Innovation

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence product development
  • Evaluate and champion client product requests, determining broader market applicability
  • Drive regional product launches and gather market feedback
  • Create case studies and document key learnings from successful implementations

Cross-functional Leadership

  • Facilitate monthly regional meetings to align product and client perspectives
  • Coordinate complex client projects across multiple stakeholders
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to prioritize product requests and innovations
  • Support go-to-market initiatives and product positioning

  • Strategic GTM Execution – Learn how to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for key industries and customers by aligning Sales, Product, and Marketing efforts.
  • Client-Centric Product Influence – Gain experience in shaping product roadmaps by translating client feedback into strategic recommendations that drive product innovation and adoption.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership – Develop the ability to navigate and align multiple teams to drive impactful business outcomes.
  • Competitive & Market Intelligence – Build deep expertise in regional market dynamics, competitive positioning, and industry trends to craft compelling value propositions.
  • High-Impact Stakeholder Engagement – Master the skills to lead strategic client meetings, manage executive relationships, and drive solution adoption at scale.

About You

You have 3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or strategy within a high-growth technology company. You have a proven track record of managing enterprise client relationships at the executive level, demonstrating outstanding communication and presentation skills. Your strong analytical and problem-solving abilities enable you to translate client needs into actionable product requirements. You excel in cross-functional collaboration, effectively managing stakeholders to drive alignment and execution. Ideally, you have experience working with C-level stakeholders and a solid understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and processes.
