MACHINE OPERATOR – 2nd Shift

We are currently recruiting for entry-level machine operators. We are willing to train the right person.
- 2nd Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday: 3pm - 11:30pm. Starting Rate: $19.80 per hour (includes 10% shift differential).
Responsibilities include:
- Set up and operate various cutting, forming, grinding and/or polishing machines
- Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to make periodic inspections to ensure parts meet customer specifications
- Work closely with engineering to conduct engineering tests, assist in new product development and troubleshoot process problems
- Follow all established safety rules and regulations and utilize required safety equipment.
- Read and interpret routing sheets and blueprints to determine required operations and other product specifications

Our ideal candidate will be goal oriented, focused and patient, positively handling and addressing challenges and possess the following experience and talents:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Solid track record of stable work history
- 1 years of related machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments, specifically calipers and micrometers
- Ability to read drawings / blueprints
- English language competency (speaking, comprehension, reading and writing) commensurate with the duties visual acuity to prints/plans and product details as well as machine details,
- Physical ability, to lift, move and carry various weights up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background checks and 9-panel drug test.
- Reliable vehicle required to work set schedule and travel between Incom locations.
- Valid Driver's License, proof of insurance, and an acceptable driving record per Incom standards is required
Working Conditions:
- Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Requires standing for long periods and lifting items as needed.
