Manufacturing Technician - 2nd Shift

Located in Vancouver, WA, we're a cutting-edge polymer fiber optics production facility, pushing the boundaries of light and image transmission. We're looking for an energetic Manufacturing  Technician to join our 2nd shift (2pm-10:30pm) assembly team. No experience? No problem! We’ll train you.

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and fine-tune fiber optic drawing machines
• Assemble polymer sub-assemblies and finished products
• Record production data and enter it into the system
• Help with engineering trials and process improvements
• Follow SOPs and suggest updates with the team
• Input machine parameters into data programs
• Help troubleshoot issues during production

You Bring:

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Stable work history required
• Related experience given preference
• A team-first attitude and willingness to learn
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (70 lbs occasionally)
• Reliable transportation and on-site availability
• No direct experience required, just eagerness to grow!

What We Offer:

• Pay range: $20.90 - $24.03 (includes 10% shift differential)

 Manufacturing setting – requires standing, lifting, and working with machinery
