We have immediate needs for Oracle ERP Cloud Functional Consultants for multiple roles. This is a hybrid position based in Washington DC, and local candidates are highly preferred. The recruitment cycle is long, so please be thorough with screening. We're looking for genuine, local, onsite candidates for a long-term engagement.

Oracle ERP Cloud Functional Roles:

• Project and Grants

• Order to Cash (O2C)

• Procure to Pay (P2P)

• Account to Report (A2R)

Key Requirements for All Roles:

Experience:

• 12 years as a Business Systems Analyst

• 12 years in Oracle EBS/Cloud Financials Functional role

• 8 years with Oracle ERP Cloud (Projects, Grants, Financials)

• Strong domain expertise in one of the following: Projects/Grants, O2C, P2P, or A2R

• Experience supporting public sector implementations

• Background in requirements gathering, functional design, and production support

• Hands-on involvement with data conversion, interface design, and reconciliation activities

Functional Expertise:

• Oracle Cloud ERP Suite (Finance Modules)

• Business process mapping, optimization, and change management

• UAT planning and execution, user training, production support

• Solution documentation (Functional Design Specs Conversion/Interface/Reports/Extensions)

Responsibilities:

• Lead business analysis, process optimization, and ERP functional design

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement Oracle Cloud ERP solutions

• Translate business needs into system requirements and functional designs

• Identify gaps and propose scalable solutions

• Support month-end/year-end closing activities and system reconciliations

• Participate in testing, documentation, training, and go-live support

• Analyze new business patterns and recommend system/process adjustments

• Write white papers and provide solution architecture recommendations when needed

Tools & Technologies:

• Oracle ERP Cloud (Projects, Grants, Financials)

• MS Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Education:

• Bachelor s degree in IT, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• CPA preferred
