Who You Are

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. The marketing associate will assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, creating content, managing social media channels, and analyzing campaign performance.

What You'll Do

Assist in the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and digital advertising.
Create, edit, and manage content for social media platforms, company website, blog, and marketing materials.
Assist in the development and implementation of a social media content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals.
Monitor and engage with social media communities, responding to comments and messages.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights for optimization.
Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure timely execution of campaigns and deliverables.
Support planning and coordination for webinars, conferences, and other company initiatives.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in a marketing role (internships included).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media scheduling tools, email marketing software, and analytics dashboards (e.g., Google Analytics).

Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva or Figma) is a plus.
