About This Opportunity
Seeking a Front End Software Developer for our team to create good design for our leading products. In this role you will use skills in Angular 5 , Javascript, HTML 5. We build highly available payment processing platforms (platform as a service) utilizing microservice based rest API’s in spring boot. We focus on career growth for our employees and innovation and performance with our technology.

Responsibilities
- Technical background with good English-writing writing skills
- Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
- Self-starter who is resourceful and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deal with suddenly shifted priorities
- Long-term ownership of submitted work (our teams have a track record of continuously improving platforms under their stewardship for over a decade)
- High technical competency in Java, Hibernate, Microsoft SQL Server, REST web technologies, and the ability and desire to learn new technical skills quickly
- Ability to apply best practices and proven strategy to maximize the growth and total value of OLS’s service offerings
- Ability to work with our product owners and subject matter experts at the highest levels, both technical and non-technical
- Ability to read existing code and contribute product enhancements, critical fixes, and performance improvements.
- Ability to deal expertly and immediately with our unique concerns about transaction concurrency, thread management, and Java memory management
Qualifications
- Experience with Front End Development
- Must have at least 3 years’ experience with Angular 5 , Javascript, CSS, and HTML5
- Expert understanding of API Architecture and Management, Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment, Release Automation, Software Architecture and Patterns, Automated Testing, and the ability to implement those throughout the organization
- Ability to contribute to a development team utilizing Agile software development methodologies and principles
- Familiarity with Secure Application Development Practices and Secure Software Development Lifecycle.
- Familiarity with Application Security, Threat Modeling, Secure development experience in PCI-DSS and PA-DSS environments
- Familiarly with automating deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications or, more specifically, with Kubernetes
- Familiarity with jPOS transaction processing environment (not required, but a plus)
