About This Opportunity

The ideal candidate will have a strong problem solving ability and background in data analytics. As a key member of the Supply Chain Team the Analyst will be responsible for learning various internal and external systems in order to support many different aspects of the business.
Responsibilities
- Manage master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.
- Manage users and user roles in an order management system.
- Support the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
- Support initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
- Generate and marry reports from single or multiple systems.
- Investigate and resolve any data discrepancies in a timely manner and present findings to management.
- Review and update reconciliation reports.
- Create reports for internal teams and/or external clients.
- Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data.
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
- Must possess the ability to handle concurrent projects while working either independently or in a team setting.
- An effective communicator with strong oral and written skills.
- Strong analytical and planning abilities, results-oriented nature, and a team player with demonstrated follow-up and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and database management with SQL.
- Strong data-entry, analytical and mathematical skills.
- Work experience as a data analyst or in a related field.
- Demonstrate experience in handling large data sets and relational databases.
- Ability to prioritize accurate results over fast results.
