About This Opportunity
The FLOS Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting the team in complex second-level technical support and analysis. The incumbent will function in a highly collaborative capacity.
- Schedule - Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 5:00PM
Responsibilities
- Leads the team in quality and detail-oriented documentation of support cases and procedures.
- Takes ownership of complex second-level technical problems and drives them to permanent resolution.
- Leads projects and creates accompanying procedural and training documentation.
- Provides system/software consultancy to internal and external business partners.
- Participates in definition and analysis phases of projects to ensure that business needs and requirements are captured effectively.
- Assists with audit support, including both internal and external audits.
- Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group.

Experience and Education:

- Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter.
- Typically requires 2 to 4 years of experience.
- Reports to: Typically reports to a department head or manager.
