About This Opportunity
The Manager, Account Management will lead and drive InComm Payments' Financial Services (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) Gift Card business with Walmart. This individual will spearhead sales and marketing initiatives throughout Walmart Stores and Walmart.com. This role has P&L ownership and be responsible for managing one headcount based at InComm Payments in Bentonville, AR. It is imperative that this individual have a background with demonstrated knowledge of the dynamics of both physical and online retail.

Responsibilities
- Act as the lead and subject matter expert on Financial Services Gift products sold at retail and online.
- Create and deliver a solutions road map including gifting innovation, digital development, and expanding existing categories in partnership with the Walmart buying team.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop, sell in and execute new sales strategies that address the opportunity.
- Manage full P&L including sales revenue, marketing development funding, innovation funds etc.
- Develop annual sales plan in line with the forecast and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to drive account growth.
- Implement and manage multiple distribution and selling strategies across customers and channels.
- Create and implement strategies to improve sales and profits, while acting as an expert adviser to Buyers.
- Responsible for building relationships with Walmart Buyers and their support teams.
- Deliver monthly management reporting to both Walmart and InComm leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years account management experience in the consumer products industry, preferably supporting Walmart and/or Sam’s Club.
- Experience with prepaid and gift card products a plus.
- Utilizes strong verbal and written communication skills; technical, analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills to influence customer contacts.
- Positive attitude and an ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, self-prioritizing workload in a fast paced, team-oriented work environment.
- Ability to manage expectations and develop strong working relationships with customers both inside and outside the organization.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.
- Moderate to Advanced experience with PowerBI a plus.
