About This Opportunity
As part of the growing Identity and Access Management team this security engineering position will be part of managing the lifecycle of identities and the tools and platforms that make the end user experience frictionless, secure, and “automagic”. As an Identity and Access Management Engineer you will be critical to the success of our goals and mission within security. You will share in responsibility with the team for all facets of IAM systems (Privilege Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Audit/Access Reviews, etc.) and most importantly how these roles interconnect to provide solid automation and secure solutions. This is a career building opportunity for Systems Engineers and Network Administrators.
This is a REMOTE CLT position located in Brazil.
Responsibilities
- Manage the identity lifecycle for both internal and external identities.
- Support of the long-term roadmap for convergence and consolidation of existing and future Identity & Access Management technologies and platforms.
- Integrate applications/processes into automated IAM platforms and solutions.
- Work with the business and technology teams to develop solutions to meet IAM objectives.
- Evaluation of emerging IAM trends and technologies and promoting initiatives to include improvements to the roadmap.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures and policies to share with the business and technology teams.
- Manage IAM tools and platforms.
- Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve technical IAM related issues.
- Stay up to date on current IAM threats and industry solutions
Qualifications
- 5 years' experience in Systems Administration, Systems Engineering,
- Network Administration
- Experience implementing complex technology solutions, requirements
- gathering, and working with application teams.
- Experience implementing and/or managing IAM related tools and platforms:
IGA Platforms (Okta, Saviynt, SailPoint, etc.)
IdP Providers (AzureAD, AWS, GCP)
PAM Solutions (Centrify, BeyondTrust, Thycotic, Ping, etc.)
PaaS and IaaS (Azure, AWS, and GCP)
- Working knowledge of SAML and OAuth.
- Think with a security mindset while successfully analyzing business risk and remediation effort, to prioritize efforts and projects and not impact productivity.
- Working knowledge of Server (Windows and Linux) and Workstation (Windows and Mac) Operating Systems.
- Working knowledge of Windows Active Directory.
- Knowledge of network routing, services, and security protocols.
- Ability to work productively while remote and communicate effectively in a virtual team environment.
