Position Summary
As a Vice President of Business Development for a Product Engineering company, your primary responsibilities will involve hunting for new business opportunities, closing deals, and mining existing accounts for additional revenue. You will leverage your expertise in product engineering to consult with customers, understand their needs, and provide innovative solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, strong relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of product engineering services.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Development :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Conduct cold calls, outreach emails, and in-person meetings to generate new leads.

Product and Industry Knowledge :
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in Sales or similar role in the product engineering industry.
Familiarity with engineering processes, product development lifecycle, and technical solutions.
Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings and industry events
Strong understanding of product engineering offerings and solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Proficiency in CRM software.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
