- Collaborate with treatment team members to ensure effective communication and coordination of services.
- Act as a client advocate, empowering clients to take control of their recovery and make informed decisions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require the following qualifications and skills:
- An associate degree in human services, social work, psychology, sociology, or related field, and/or equivalent experience.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- A strong understanding of trauma-informed care principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
