Contract Consultant: Behavioral and Emotional Specialist

Job Description: 

We are looking for a dynamic individual who loves to support educators. As an INcompassing Education Consultant you will be responsible for providing expertise to educational leaders, teachers, and support staff in the areas of Behavioral and Emotional Support.


Consultant Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide attention to detail as you prepare documents and various correspondence. 

- Develop and provide professional development training.

- Maintain a professional relationship with our clients over time.

- Collaborate with colleagues.

- Meet with your supervisor. 

- Solve problems through helpful recommendations and practical suggestions.

- Present both in-person and virtual sessions.

- Travel to support schools on-site.


Requirements: 

- 5 years of experience implementing and leading behavioral and emotional support

- Leadership background

- Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling

- Recommended: Certification or degree in Educational Neuroscience

- Proven track record of success

- References from those you have led through behavioral and emotional support

- Must live in Indiana and be willing to travel in state and out of state to support schools

- Distraction-free home office with stable internet and personal devices

- Reliable transportation


This is a contract position and is not full-time. It is the responsibility of the contract consultant to clearly communicate their availability to INcompassing Education
