What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician (Floater) position at Incore Residential LLC?
To be responsible, under the direction of the Regional Manager, for the overall Maintenance and physical appearance of the Properties managed by the Company in Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and Port Charlotte. You will assist the Maintenance Supervisor on each property in keeping the Office informed on the status of the property repairs using advanced scheduling system. Property Management experience or Apartment Community maintenance required. This is a full-time position with medical benefits and paid time off.
Starting pay $25 per hour plus travel mileage.
DUTIES
- Performing maintenance requests to include A/C repairs, electrical repairs, appliance repairs and plumbing repairs. Replace broken windowpanes, tiles, screens, locks, outer fixtures, A/C units etc. Perform carpentry work, masonry and fencing.
- Maintaining proper records regarding preventive maintenance, service requests, inventories and perform scheduled maintenance as recommended.
- Assist in grounds maintenance.
- Performing turn processes in vacant apartments.
