2 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably within the aerospace manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering design tools.
Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing execution systems.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and process improvement.
