We are growing and looking for an Account Manager to help our clients maximize results, drive reorders, and strengthen relationships.
About the Role
As an Account Manager , youll be responsible for managing and nurturing client accounts to ensure they see measurable success using our program. Your focus will be client engagement, retention, and revenue growth ensuring every client maximizes their potential and continues to reorder.
What Youll Do
Client Relationship Management Build strong relationships with home improvement business owners and sales teams to ensure long-term success.
Onboarding & Training Guide new clients through implementation, ensuring they understand how to use our program effectively.
Performance Monitoring Regularly check in with clients, analyze their results, and provide strategic advice to boost sales performance.
Sales Growth & Retention Identify opportunities for reorders, upsells, and contract renewals, ensuring clients continue using Destination Motivations services.
Proactive Support Act as the go-to resource for troubleshooting, best practices, and program optimization.
Collaborate with Sales Team Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions and continuous client engagement.
Travel as Needed Occasionally visit key clients for in-person training and relationship-building.
What Were Looking For
Account Management or Sales Experience 3 years in a client-facing role, preferably in home improvement, SaaS, or B2B sales .
Sales & Business Acumen Understanding of sales strategies and how to drive revenue growth.
Strong Relationship Builder You thrive on helping clients succeed and can build trust quickly.
Data-Driven & Results-Oriented Ability to analyze client performance and suggest improvements.
Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills Confident in leading client calls, trainings, and strategy discussions.
Self-Starter & Problem Solver You take initiative and find solutions before problems arise.
Willingness to Travel Occasional in-person client meetings and industry events.
