Job Description
This Registered Nurse position plays a critical role in delivering high-quality care to pediatric patients in our ER department. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Participate in code blue and other emergency situations.
- Monitor patient health conditions, administer medications, and operate and maintain medical equipment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- An ADN or higher degree in nursing
- An active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certification preferred
- 1 year of experience in a pediatric and/or emergency room setting preferred
