* Coordinate patient care services by working closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals* Develop and implement nursing protocols, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives* Manage nursing staff schedules, workload distribution, and resource allocation to ensure efficient department operation* Conduct regular team meetings to address concerns, discuss improvements, and communicate updates related to patient care or departmental issues
Qualifications:
* Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing* Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) candidates with relevant experience considered* Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or specialized healthcare setting preferred* Strong organizational and leadership skills, with ability to multitask effectively
