Job Summary: Incredible Health is seeking a Registered Nurse Informatics professional to join our team. As an Informatics Nurse Consultant, you will play a key role in developing and implementing clinical decision support tools and other resources to improve patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze patient data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement clinical decision support tools and other resources.
- Collaborate with our IT team to ensure seamless integration of new healthcare information technology.
- Provide training and support to nurses and other clinical staff on the use of healthcare information technology.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A BSN or higher degree in nursing.
- An active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
- At least three years of experience in a clinical setting.
- One year of experience with electronic health records (EHRs).
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
