Clinical Educator Role
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Educator to join our team at Hospitals on Incredible Health in Roseville, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience in education and staff development, with a strong background in nursing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Educational Programs: Design and implement tailored educational programs for nursing staff, including orientation, in-service training, and continuing education.
- Assess Educational Needs: Conduct regular assessments to identify competency gaps within the nursing team and develop targeted training initiatives.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with healthcare professionals, department managers, and administrative staff to ensure educational initiatives align with hospital policies and procedures.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Keep up-to-date records of educational activities and evaluate program effectiveness through feedback surveys and other metrics.
Qualifications:
- Current RN License: Possess a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Master's Degree: Preferably hold a Master's Degree in Nursing Education or a related field.
- Clinical Experience: Have a minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Certifications: Possess Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is a plus.
