We're seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Cardiac Care. As a critical care RN, you'll be responsible for providing expert care to patients in high-pressure situations. This role requires strong clinical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert care to patients in Cardiac Care, including arrhythmia management, chest tube insertion, external pacemaker management, post-cardiac surgery care, rehabilitation, or transesophageal echocardiogram
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Prioritize tasks and make timely decisions to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions
