Director of Nursing - Operating Room / Surgical
We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead our Operating Room/Surgical team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership, with experience in areas such as Assistant Nurse Manager, Charge Nurse, and Clinical Nurse Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Operating Room/Surgical team
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and satisfaction
- Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia teams to ensure seamless surgical experiences
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
- ADN/ASN degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of California
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
