Emergency Department / ER Nurse (RN)
We are seeking experienced Emergency Department nurses to join our team in the Delano, CA area.
About the Role
- Serve as the first line of defense for patients requiring urgent medical care
- Treat patients suffering from trauma, injury, or severe medical conditions
- Assess patient needs, prioritize care, and monitor health conditions
- Administer medications, operate medical equipment, and participate in emergency situations
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop care plans
- Educate patients and families about their condition and care plan
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license
- ADN or higher degree in nursing
- 1 year of experience in an emergency room setting (preferable)
- ACLS, PALS certification (preferable)
