Emergency Department Nurse (RN)
Hospitals on Incredible Health are actively hiring for the Emergency Department / ER Nurse position in La Mesa, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first line of defense for patients requiring urgent medical care.
- Treat trauma, injury, or severe medical condition patients.
- Assess patient needs and prioritize care.
- Monitor health conditions, administer medications, and maintain medical equipment.
- Participate in emergency situations, such as code blue.
- Collaborate with physicians to develop care plans.
- Educate patients and families about care plans.
Requirements:
- ADN or higher degree in nursing.
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
- 1 year of experience in an ER setting (preferred).
- ACLS and PALS certification (preferred).
- Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
