Responsibilities
- Serve as the first line of defense for patients requiring urgent medical care.
- Treat patients with trauma, injury, or severe medical conditions.
- Rapidly assess patients' needs and prioritize care.
- Monitor patient health conditions, administer medications, and operate medical equipment.
- Participate in emergency situations such as code blue.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop care plans.
Requirements
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
- ADN or higher degree in nursing.
- 1 year of experience in an ER setting preferred.
- ACLS and PALS certification preferred.
