Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department / ER Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Howell, MI area. The ideal candidate will have experience in caring for psychiatric patients, trauma cases, and fast-track procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first line of defense for patients requiring urgent medical care
- Treat patients suffering from trauma, injury, or severe medical conditions
- Assess patients' needs, prioritize care, and monitor health conditions
- Administer medications and treatments, and operate medical equipment
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop care plans
Requirements:
- ADN or higher degree in nursing
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
- 1 year of experience in an emergency room setting (preferably)
- ACLS and PALS certification (preferably)
