Job Title: Emergency Department Nurse (RN)
Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Union City, TN. If you have experience in caring for psychiatric patients, fast track, transport, trauma, or other high-acuity areas, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients requiring urgent medical care
- Treat patients with traumatic injuries, severe medical conditions, or other urgent needs
- Rapidly assess patient needs, prioritize care, and monitor health conditions
- Administer medications, treatments, and operate/maintain medical equipment
- Participate in emergency situations, such as code blues, and collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement care plans, determining discharge or extended hospital stays
- Education patients and families about their condition and care plan
Requirements
- Active and unencumbered RN license
- ADN or higher degree in nursing
- 1 years of ER experience preferred
- ACLS and PALS certification preferred

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $48,920 to $94,687 per year, depending on experience.
